    Hurricane Earl -- once again a Category 4 storm -- is currently aiming for North Carolina?s Outer Banks.     On August 30, Hurricane Earl intensified into a Category 4 hurricane -- sustained winds 131-155 MPH -- before leveling out back into a Category 3 storm. * SAMOA + TOKELAU: N7OU og W7YAQ vil operere fra Samoa 10. - 16. februar og 11. - 15. mars. Fra 17. februar til 10. mars vil de operere fra Tokelau. Det blir mest CW og litt SSB og RTTY på 160 - 10 meter.
* HAITI: HH/HB9AMO vil være i gang i ca. én måned, mest på 30 til 17 meter med CW. QSL via PA7FM.
* THAILAND: HSØZGQ er i gang til 25. januar på 40 - 10 meter med CW og SSB, og vil være i gang én uke fra IOTA AS-101 som HSØZGQ/2. QSL til DL1MFJ. I tillegg vil HSØZJF operere på HF-båndene med kun CW fra 12. januar til 8. mars. I løpet av perioden vil han også operere fra IOTA AS-101 som HSØZJF/8. QSL til ON4AFU. * PAPUA NEW GUINEA: P29CS opererer fra Lihir Island (IOTA OC-69). QSL formodentlig til operatøren VYØPW.
* FERNANDO DE NORONHA: PY2XB/PYØF vil operere fra 23. januar til 3. februar på alle bånd med CW, SSB, RTTY og PSK-31. I CQ WW 160 m CW Contest vil han operere som PQØF. QSL til begge kallesignaler via PT7WA.
